Who we are
Prism PR is a digital PR, linkbuilding and full-service public relations agency based at 650 NE 32nd Street, Miami, FL 33137. This policy explains what personal information we collect through prismpragency.com and start.prismpragency.com (together, the “site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and newsletter forms. Your name, email address, company and anything you write in the message.
- Booking a meeting. When you schedule an intro meeting through Calendly, we receive your name, email address and the answers you give on the booking form, such as your company and website.
- Emails and calls. Whatever you share with us when you write to us or speak with us.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server data. Like most websites, our hosting providers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running.
- Advertising and attribution on start.prismpragency.com. This page uses the Meta Pixel and small first-party cookies that remember which ad or campaign link brought you to us (for example, UTM parameters). If you book a meeting, we send Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address and related booking details through Meta’s Conversions API so we can measure whether our ads work. Meta does not receive your information in readable form from us.
Business contact information from other sources
To find companies that may benefit from our services, we collect business contact details (such as name, job title, company and work email address) from public sources and business data providers, and we may send business-to-business email about our services. Every such email includes a way to opt out.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule and prepare for meetings.
- To provide and manage the services our clients engage us for.
- To send newsletters or business email you can opt out of at any time.
- To measure and improve our advertising and our website.
- To protect the site against spam, fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Hosting: Hostinger (prismpragency.com) and Vercel (start.prismpragency.com).
- Scheduling: Calendly.
- Customer relationship management: HubSpot, where we keep records of inquiries, meetings and client relationships.
- Advertising measurement: Meta Platforms, as described above.
- Email: Google Workspace and the email platforms we use to send business email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Blocking cookies will not stop the site from working. To stop receiving email from us, use the unsubscribe or opt-out link in any message, or email rick@prismprdigital.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email rick@prismprdigital.com. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to maintain client and business records and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
